Support Retailer on Senior Tech/Assured Living initiatives to deliver a full solution to the market in an area that has gone largely un-tapped at retail. Utilize retail services, creative strategy and aggregation capabilities to launch a program that includes over 20 unique items.
Pre-Activation
- 3 STREME Sessions were held to define this new concept involving merchant leadership, operations and marketing along with CITIES retail services and creative teams.
- Create messaging around aging and failing health.
Activation
- Retail services team, sales and retail account management team
- Creative network: program management, graphic design, creative strategy, copywriting, videos, photography, web design.
- Vendor of record activation including operations, finance, retail planning and strategy, IT support and legal.
Expansion
- Retailer and CITIES launched the Senior Technology 8 foot interactive section showcasing 20 products and eight unique vendors – in 15 stores and online June 2018.
